Dongying Courage Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is located in the Dongying Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Dongying City, Shandong Province. Established in 2016 and guided by the Dongying City Commerce Bureau and Economic Development Bureau, the company integrates the research and development, design, manufacturing, and sales of steel wheels.

DYCOURAGE WHEEL relies on the expertise of wheel engineers, production experience, and a commitment to excellence to ensure precision and speed in mold development, providing aesthetically pleasing and functional wheels for both on-road and off-road use.

The factory is equipped with four production lines for 4-12 inch open-type wheels, one production line for 8-12 inch wheels, one production line for 12-20 inch wheels, two lines for 15-63 inch wheels, one spoke line, and one automatic coating line.

With over 1,000 varieties, our products are widely used in ATVs, golf carts, garden machinery, passenger cars, snowplows, agricultural machinery, and industrial wheels. 

In early 2023, DYCOURAGE Wheel’s new factory in Huangdao was put into operation with a total investment of over 100 million RMB. The company’s design plans aim for an annual production capacity of 1 million units for 4-10 inch wheels, 500,000 units for 8-12 inch wheels, and 1.5 million units for wheels above 12 inches, totaling 3 million units. 

The company has obtained IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, and DOT certifications. We have the capability to design and develop products in sync with major manufacturers, as well as independent mold development and manufacturing capabilities, ensuring the provision of high-quality wheels to our customers.
